She worked in Middle and High School and was also the Head of the English Department during the process of adopting and adapting the Cambridge International Curriculum.

She worked in Marymount International School in London as an English literature teacher and an ESL teacher as well as the Assistant to the Head of Boarding. She then returned to Medellin where she returned to Marymount Medellin as a High School teacher, working with school leavers, aiding them with their college application essays and IELTS test.

She left in 2019 to travel the world and joined the British Council in 2020 as an Academic Consultant. She now travels Colombia visiting schools, observing teachers to assist in the adaptation of Cambridge methodology and trains teachers. Victoria is keen to change the global view of latin american students and help students gain access to universities worldwide, enabling them to become ambassadors for their countries and regions.
