Paola Caicedo M. brings over 18 years of experience guiding students and families through the college admissions process. As a certified college counselor, coach, and logotherapist, she blends academic advising with a deep understanding of human development, helping students make meaningful decisions aligned with their values and goals.

Paola was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, where she studied at Colegio Anglo Colombiano. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design and later completed a specialization in Marketing and a Master’s in Media Business Management from Universitat de Barcelona. She is also a certified coach through Benziger, a certified educator in Mindfulness from Mindful Schools, and a certified practitioner in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Her background in logotherapy enriches her approach with a strong foundation in purpose-driven guidance.

For over a decade, Paola led the College Counseling Department at Colegio Anglo Colombiano, an International Baccalaureate school in Bogotá. There, she supported more than 1,500 students in building their life projects and exploring academic paths in Colombia and abroad. She designed and delivered workshops on college essays, letters of recommendation, and application platforms such as the Common App and UCAS. She also facilitated university visits and organized college fairs, building strong relationships with global admissions representatives.

Paola has participated in professional development programs such as the Harvard Institute on College Admissions and the Institute for International Counselors at NYU. She believes in the power of education to transform lives and is committed to helping each student reach their full potential through a process of reflection, exploration, and informed decision-making.

Now part of the JCT4Education team, Paola is excited to continue empowering students to find the right academic and personal fit in a constantly evolving global landscape.
