\nShe has lived in Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Venezuela, the United States, Brazil, Spain and Colombia, so she knows the variety of educational systems as well as the important cultural differences.
\nIn 1988 she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Temple University, and in 2001 a Master of Education in K-12 School Counseling from Bowling Green State University.
